 * X arm: Cause of build up issue was tuned out that calm servo was broken. Transmitted light became stable with another circuit.
 * OMC: REFL port was consistent with that transmitted light had only 10%.
  * It means no significant loss inside cavity.
  * Still cause of 10% is not so sure. It could be mode matching.
 * CAL: MICH calibration is done. High frequency looks petty flat, ADC noise? Needs check whitening on.
 * PRM misaligned state did now work. It was tripped.

 * SRM needs some tuning, but probably OMC work has higher priority.
