 * Needs check the gate valve were really open.
 * Location of spare mirror are not sure. At lease one GTAT mirror exists at Kashiwa campus, but we should have 6 spares.
 * Still we are not sore that we should have Erun on 7/13. It depends on schedule of opening chamber strongly.
