 * Hand off from ALS to IR next.
  * Needs transmitted light.
   * CARM to be square root of transmitted light during hand off.
  * Normalized CARM and DARM in digital should be used.
 * ASC is being used. Needs replacement of RT-PC
 * PRMI was locked with 3f.
 * Mode hoping exists but less now if without SRM.
