iKAGRA Oplev Calibration

Here's summary of calibration of optical levers. K1:VIS-$(OPTIC)_TM_OPLEV_(PIT|YAW)_GAIN are the calibration factors which convert counts (normalized with quadrant sum) to urad. For IMC mirrors, FM1 "cal" in K1:VIS-$(OPTIC)_TM_OPLEV_(PIT|YAW) filter bank is also used for calibration
