Shoda checked the TFs again after Uraguchi-san released the suspension and found the mechanics does not changed.

Also updated the servo filters in L and T so that the LVDT control noise does not affect at around 3-10 Hz that is previously observed by geophones as out of loop witness.

We should check V, P, and R also with V2 and V3 geophones. (V1 geophone is not working now maybe due to the driver.)
