What we did
昨日のフィルターを使って，geophoneでもピークが下がるか見てみた。
全然下がってない。。。
ということで，藤井さんの助けを借りながらダンピングフィルターを作る
目標：全自由度でgeophoneのピークも含めてダンプする
やった事
- suspentionの伝達関数とフィルターを合わせてopenloop伝達関数を作り，U.G.Fで位相が180度回らないようにゲインを調節した
- 6自由度でループを閉じる事ができた
- cutoffを ~7Hzにして，共振周波数の1~2Hz付近でωがかかるようにした
- 高周波側で，LVDTのメカニカルノイズが乗ってしまうので，それを抑えるために4次のバターワースフィルタ(verticalだけ6次)を入れた
