Registration for the F2F meeting in August at Toyama U is open (link, 3 IOO slots)

IMC - MC REFL dust shield installation started.
MZM - Fixed the optical setup. Servo was broken and repaired.
RAM - Fixed the optical setup. Cablings are on going.
HPL - HPL delivered to PSL from Hongo. Several troubles happened. HPL and FI, output collimator lens are now installed. Linear polarization is coming from the laser. Mode matched to PMC, and PMC was locked. Mode matching should be modified.
PEM - Accelerometers were installed on the periscopes. 5 accs are installed in the PSL now.

IMC - finish the mount swapping. Power adjustment system on REFL. Coil drivers swap. Dust shield after F2F meeting. Remote control for the PZT mirrors.
RAM - Cabling, construct the digital model. Take the beat btw 80MHz modulated beam.
MZM - Lock the MZI. Start the measurement by taking the beat between 80MHz modulated beam.
PEM - check the correlations with PSL.
HPL - Prof. Mio will visit on Tue. Prep for 10W? Assemble the enclosure.
IMMT2 - fix the folded oplev for IMMT2 and measure the TF.
Miyoki-san is planning to test the water cooler beam dump. Cable rack will be installed below the PSL-IMC beam tube. (ALS installation will start this week in the PSL/googles needed)
