 1. no update on coating loss angle paper from KYamamoto
 1. update on substrate Q measurement on site
  * automated measurement of 24kHz drum mode
  * 250k -> 1E4
  * 80K -> 1E5 for ETMs and 1E6 for ITMs
  * 34kHz mode Q value is higher than the Q of 24kHz one
 1. update on paper writing from Haoyu
  * first draft circulation in 2 weeks approximately
 1. update on ITMs polishing by Aso
  * preliminary maps requested by Thales
  * final polishing spec document circulated
  * issue/discussion on flatness spec
  * meeting with Nikon planned to discuss about mid-spatial frequencies requirement
