== Memo from Yamamoto-san for 2020/03/05 meeting ==

 * Conclusion(結論)
  * Let’s check that all installed instruments are installed proper way at first. 
  * まず最初にインストール済みのものがまともと思える形でインストールされているかのチェックから始めませんか。

 * opinions and requests from the viewpoint of DGS
  * Cables which is plugged only one side should be removed. (The terminal at other side is often left on the floor.)
  * Cables which is not fixed by screws should be fixed. (I want to remove forcedly such cables.)
  * Circuits which is not mounted on the rack should be removed from the rack.
  * Unnecessary long cables should be replaced proper length ones.
  * DC power sources (10A) in each rack should be replaced to 30A one in the computer room.
  * Unify the layout of internal racks for same type of rack, e.g. EX0 and EY0,  PR2, PR3, and PRM
  * Item 1, 2 and 3 should be solved before we start investigating ground problem.

 * DGSに関連した個人的な意見
  * 使われていないケーブルの除去(片側が回路につながって反対側の端子が床に放置とか最悪なものが多数あり。)
  * ねじ止めされてないケーブルの固定(個人的には強制撤去が希望ですが。)
  * ラックマウントされているでもラックマウントされた台の上に置くでも無くメンテナンスの妨げにしかならないものの除去
  * 無駄に長くてとぐろ巻いてるケーブル類のケーブル長最適化(特にラック内同士の結線で5mとか10m使ってるヤツ。)
  * テンポラリーにラック内に入れた10A電源を計算機室の30A電源に繋ぎかえる。
  * メンテナンス性とかS番号管理の楽さから同一であるべきラックのラック内レイアウト統一を考えていたりします。
  * 1,2,3のアイテムはグランドとかの前に行うべきか
