 * Purpose
  * The complicate ground problem of the KAGRA may affect the sensitivity and it may be a critical issue for the O4 run.
  * There may be ground loop in the PSL table, there was strange coherence between ALS and CARM and so on.
  * We want to start the discussion how to clean the KAGRA ground.

  * KAGRAの複雑なグランドは、将来の観測に不安を残している
  * PSL光学定盤のグランドループやALSとCARMのおかしな相関などいろいろなことが発生している
