- Established remort control of the stepper motors.

- Finished asembly of the BFs.
- Assembled the FRs for SF.
- Checked the ACCs and the drivers. They can work.

- 11/13 Shipping in Akeno. Preparation for the center area.
- 11/14 Delivery in Kamika. Transortation of the bridge frame.
- 11/17 Lifting of the items by MESCO.
- 11/15-17 Replacement of cables in X-end.
Type B (Mark)
Past two weeks report
Kamioka (Mark, Enzo, Kozu-kun):
- Supported IA team.
- Replaced LPCDs for IM OSEMs with HPCDs for increased pitch/yaw range.
- Re-zeroed OL after significant change of beam position during IA.
- Re-laid-out OL to improve focus of lens to LEN QPD.
- Offloaded the pitch/yaw actuation at the IM OSEMs using the IM pitch/yaw picos.
- Enzo worked on design of control loops using the OL.
- Kozu-kun worked on diagonalizing the OL.
Mitaka (Fabian, Hirata-san):
- Fabian did mechanical design:
- F0 FR
- Cable clamps for the SR IP base.
- New SR recoil ballast masses.
- LBB ballast.
- Update of BS 3D CAD with the as-built ballast.
- Hirata-san
- made and updated inventory list for SR.
- made order list and asked some quotes.
- Ordered some parts.
- Talked with mirapro about SRM optical bench.
- Made some drawings for SR preparation.

- Mark attends Initial Alignment Closeout Meeting at U Toyama.
- Support BF characterization work.
- Prepare for mirror gluing.
- Prepare for IM assembly.
Hirata-san at Mitaka
- SR procurement.
- Get BS prism-gluing jigs reworked for use with PR/SR mirror box.
Type-Bp (Shoda)
Past week report
- We found the mirror slips and the tilt changes when the large force was applied.
- It was observed both in PR2 and PR3.
- In PR2 case: the guardian script was not proper. Since the DC control in GAS filter was turned off first when we turned the control off, the oplev beam went off from the QPD with the Oplev control was on. Therefore, the large force was applied on the IM.
- In PR3 case: the AC power supply for the IO chassis was plugged out accidentally.
The WD threshold on IM stage may be too large. (But it seems not for GAS filters.) -> Request some modification on the coil drivers to AEL?
- Should we slightly change the way to hang the mirror for SRs? (like putting a little bit of glue at the bottom to stop slipping...)

- Adjust the height of the optical table
- Close the PR2 and 3 tanks.
OMMT & OSTM (Ohishi)
Past week report
Ordered AEL to make3 High Power Coil Drivers and 1 Satellite Box.
- The appointed date of delivery is March 2018.
Checked drawings of Type-C hanging jig.
Plan for coming weeks
- Check the existing parts and order missing parts of hanging jig.
- Check the drawings of glueing jig.
Watchdog system (Tanaka)
Past week report
*I want to start ordering mass production version.-->Waiting.
*Execution of the final version operation test for mass production -->Completed(Clear all operation test).
*Experiments in phase 2 and phase 3(However,only one 4ch WDS main box is to be tested).-->Waiting(Changing travel schedule).
*Designing and manufacturing testing tools for mass production equipment.-->Completed.

*Star of order related works.
*Operation test of the testing tool for mass production equipment.
*Business trip plan.--> I stay at Toyama on the 19th.And experiment in Kamioka from 20th to 22nd.

- In the week of Nov. 13th: Fixing the water leaks around the BS area.

Discussion
How to avoid the orientation shift of the mirror
- A definite cause is not known now
- One possibility is the slip of the wires looping around the bottom of the mirror.
- For SR mirrors, we will put a tiny amount of glue at the bottom of the mirror to stop the wires from slipping.
- We will consider if we can retrofit this method to the PR mirrors.
