 * Sensor correction calibration of ITMY was wrong. IFO Feedback signal on the TM was reduced by about 5 times after the calibration factor was fixed.

  * Some information still needs to be included.
  * Please give me feedback in case you feel like.

 * I measured transfer functions from some BS DoF to DARM: klog entries [[http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=13463|13463]] and [[http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=13477|13477]].
  * Projections of noise onto DARM not done yet.

 * Measured the TF of AD630 with grounded #14 pin. 30dB reduction was achived.
