Progress report

Because of Nakano-san and Miyoki-san's request, Miyo made VIS_MANAGER guardian to monitor and manage all suspensions. klog14469
Now, this guardian requests the all suspensions to go PAY_LOCAL_DAMPED state for safety when an earthquake hits.
but, there are no big earthquakes from this work. When big earthquakes happen, I will check and modify this guardian.

Fabian analyzed data of the SR2 suspension decay times with the control system on. Almost done but no plot to show yet.
On Thursday I helped Ushiba-san and Yokozawa-san to measure the BS oplev QPDs dark noise. See klog entry 14473.
No questions about inertial damping today.

Type-A modeling (Shoda)
- (for the paper) Searching for the fastest way to derive the theoretical spring constant of the actual HLs.
- (for the cryo-p evaluation) The RT model is updated. Need update of the actuation efficiency.

Started measurements of the circuits. It takes much time due to many variations of inductor.

More activities in the control room and the site became available from June 1st (Noise budget measurement by Ushiba).
O3c has not been decided yet, but the situation is going to O4 directly.
The site work towards O4 is rescheduled. The extended chief meeting will be held on June 15th to discuss about the plan towards O4.
Tasks on electronics should be combined to the task list towards O4.
Procedure of the wire gluing should be confirmed beforehand.
Schedule including the commissioning should be considered, but overall plan and schedule, which will be discussed in the next SEO/Chief meeting, are necessary to make detail schedule.
