=== Outline of the meeting ===

The 19th F2F meeting will be held at Osaka City University. We plan to discuss the summary of phase-1 operation, steps for joining the LIGO/Virgo's O3 run, and other urgent issues.
 * Banquet will be held in the evening of May 18. The banquet fee is 3500 JPY (2500 JPY for a student).
 * We will collect 500 JPY from all participants for snacks at the coffee breaks at the registration desk.
 * If you are a member of the KAGRA collaboration and have recently moved to a new place: Contact the KSC board. You will be requested to make an introduction of your new laboratory at the meeting.
 * If you want to join the KAGRA collaboration: Contact the KSC board. You are supposed to make a presentation on your proposal at the meeting.
