Access

There are several ways to come the meeting place.

1. From the main terminals:

From Kansai International Airport (KIX) :

Take the Kansai-Airport Rapid Service, change at Sakai-shi to a local train for Tennoji and get off at Sugimoto-cho Station.

From Shin-Osaka Station :

Take the subway Midosuji Line and get off at Abiko Station.

From Osaka International Airport (Itami) :

Take an Airport Limousine Bus to Abenobashi Station, then take a local train on the JR Hanwa Line from JR Tennoji Station and get off at Sugimoto-cho Station.

From the Ten-nouji station

Take a JR Hanwa-line train from the Ten-nouji (天王寺) station and get off at the Sugimoto-cho (杉本町) station. It takes 14-20 minutes from the Ten-nouji station to the Sugimoto-cho station and costs 180 JPY.

The Sugimoto Campus of the Osaka City University is located just East of the JR Sugimoto-cho station. The meeting site is the "Tanaka Memorial Hall" (No. 8 building in the access map available at the URL above). It is less than 10 minutes walk from the JR station East exit.

- NB: At the Ten-nouji station, please take a local train. No rapid train stops at the Sugimoto-cho station. Usually, the track number 7 and 8 are for the Hanwa-line local trains.
