Viewport windows for optical levers (Oplevs)

FY2013 version

VPZ100Q-BBAR530-1100 (ICF152) : Technoport

In total there are 40 pcs of this kind viewport window. Be noted that

  • You need smaller M8 washers (stocked in the AOS's rack) to escape the front-inner ring of the viewport.
  • I don't like the screws that is fixing(?) the front-inner ring are loosen! even thought they all passed the leak test. Please tighten them 5Nm torque (I don't have any evidence on this number whether it is ok for glass breaking).

FY2017 version : T-support

Once delivered in the end of December 2016, but their quality are out of question, and with unbelievable delay the company will finally seriously deliver (hopefully) new ones. Firstly those viewport windows were newly ordered for cryostats according to CRY's new demands in FY2016, but, due to the delay described above, usable ones are not in time delivered, so two companies oplev ICF152 viewport windows would be mixedly exiting, which I would like to totally avoid from the viewpoints of engineering management.

Anyway, they have been delivered and stocked in a shelf at the side of the IMC duct; see this.

In total 20 pcs of ICF152. http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=4056 http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=4070
