Perpend. mass lock制御のopenloop伝達関数(1+G)/Gの測定値からopenloop伝達関数を測定。UGF~400Hz

  • openloop伝達関数をフィルタの伝達関数で除することで干渉計の応答を得る。
    • Perpend. cavity pole fc = 248Hz
    • DC_response = 6.55e11 [V/m]
    • Finesse = c/(4 fc L) = 3020
