Before you go to the submission page
Please read carefully the Publication Policy.
Do you know if your publication will belong to category I, II, or III?
Do you know if you use KAGRA data?
- Do you know if you use a figure that requires authorization (e.g. recent sensitivity spectrum)?
(For presentations) Have you asked chief/subchief of related subsystem to check the abstract/slides?
(For papers using LV data) Have you presented your work to a related LVK working group?

After the submission
- For presentations, you will not receive a feedback from CPC. Unless instructed in the next few days, your presentation is approved.
- For full-author presentations, please circulate the link of your presentation file to the collaboration.
- For shot-author papers, you will receive a feedback from CPC typically in the next 48 hours, and your article will be circulated to LVK.
- For full-author papers, you will be contacted by the CPC chair soon. Two referees will be assigned and your artcile will be circulated to LVK.
