It was fount that the position of IP was different from when pumping down started. * IP drifted 2mm in the air, and another 2mm when pump down. The transfer function now has the similar shape as before, but the Q of lowest peak is a bit low. * Work plan (*:responsible person) * Alignment and Vibration Isolation: *Izumi * We can move moving masses of BF, or IPs of yaw to check TF can be recovered. * We will play one more day under vacuum. * Type A: *Yokozawa * RT model of Type A will be separated into cryopayload and tower. * Type B * SR assembly continues. * Laser hazard: PSL.
