  * Jump of GAS filter was compensated and fixed.
  * Yaw was roughly aligned by top filter.
  * First contact was removed.
  * Top chamber was closed.
  * Beam reached at the ETMX.
  * Baffle PD was tested well.

  * We found that the glitches happened upstream of high power coil driver. It seems that only one channel has glitch.

 * BRT: Akutsu
  * Light is collimated well.

 * Camera: Yokozawa
  * EX camera takes every one hour.
  * Needs 1 sec picture in the weekend.
