- Jump of GAS filter was compensated and fixed.
- Yaw was roughly aligned by top filter.
- First contact was removed.
- Top chamber was closed.
- Beam reached at the ETMX.
- Baffle PD was tested well.

- We found that the glitches happened upstream of high power coil driver. It seems that only one channel has glitch.
- BRT: Akutsu
- Light is collimated well.
- Camera: Yokozawa
- EX camera takes every one hour.
- Needs 1 sec picture in the weekend.

Issues
- BS: DAC had some glitches with no output (even dac kill and master SW are off).
