  * Large leak was found but it is not identified where it is. Currently Vacuum level is 200Pa, but it should be around 0.1Pa if no leaks.

 * ETMX: *Hasegawa
  * Damping for yaw woks somehow and RMS is ~0.2urad.
  * A very high Q peak was found on pitch and it takes several hours to be calm. This high Q seems to be Sphere parts.
 * ETMY: :Miyamoto, Shishido
  * No progress for damping.
 * ETMY: *Okutomi
  * ETMY TF was measured. Not only 2 but all F1, F2, F3 seem to be locked. Moving FR may fix the lock.
