 * Type B: Fixed tilt and adjusted OSEMs. TF shows that PR3 seems to be healthy now.
  * Green beam reached ETMX
 * PRM was touching at several places. Needs to measure TF again.
 * BS: Manual adjustment for yaw was done. Pitch offset has big offset and probably Oplev may be no reference anymore. Needs alignment to ETMY.
 * Pcal: ETMY was done. ETMX will be done today.
 * ETMX: no touching was found, but some of upper stage did not move. It seems to be possible to align.

 * IOO: Yamako-kun will do noise hunting work on MZ. Needs alignment for iMC for alignment to ETMY.
