 * VAC: pumping down at ETMX started. -> monitor: Okutomi
 * Measured TF each point to L using IFO with green light.
  * Diagnalization of test mass will be going on.
 * Measurement for phase lock loop of Y arm will done by Sugimoto-kun, Enomoto-kun.
 * IOO: started the second loop ISS by Kuromiya-kun and Nakano-kun.
