Minute of KAGRA commissioning meeting

• Date: 2018/5/1 11AM~12PM
• Attendance: Miyakawa, Kokeyama, Aso, Miyoki, Ushiba, Tomaru
  • eZuce: Suzuki, Uchiyama, Takahaashi, Ohashi, Haino

1. Operation

• Going well.
  • Duty cycle is 80-90%.
  • iMC is quite stable.
  • DAC of PR3 was dead. That was the biggest trouble.

2. Report of work of the last week and plan of work

• IFO, ETMs: *Izumi, Enomono
  • Alignment work is mainly done. 3 DOF is conetolled PR3 by ETMX BS ETMY , ETMY is controlled by oplev, ETMX has dither signal.
  • Locking time is ~several hours. Longest was 10 hours or something.
  • Gardidian code was mainly reused by what it was made in KAGRA.

3. Tasks or discussions

• 5/28 extend chief meeting for looking back phase 1.

• GW alert: online alert in the control room might be prepared. -> Togoshi

Others

• Laser power of oplev started dropping, specially lasers where are close to cryostat for year term.
• Phase 1 summarize should talk wide range view.
  • Type A has double stable point.
  • Monitor for water level, and vacuum gage for weekend should be implemented.
  • Patrol light should be implemented soon, even manual one.
