 * Y arm alignment starts after NAB installation on the week of 11/26, with IR laser only.

 * X arm lock
  * 2hours lock was lost not by instability of VIS, by something but we are not sure.
  * IR flashes could be seen with CARM lock, but it is not sure it was TEM00. We could know FSR of cavity by the measurement.

 * Laser, PSL, IOO report
  * At least more than 15W can be provided into the IFO!
  * 20% of loss of 30% can be explained by lossy 4 mirrors.
  * Report the incident to the Safety office.


 * DGS
  * Scheduling for maintenance time on Wednesday morning.
  * DAQ, k1iy1, k1ioo, k1imc0, k1lsc will be stopped.
