Minute of KAGRA commissioning meeting

- Zoom: Izumi, Enomoto, Machimura, Hirose

Yarm, DRMI
- One of the mirror holder is still under the design, but almost of other components are ready.
- Needs RFPD and QPD count/tuning.
MZ:
- MZ still does not meet the requirement. The residual noise for first MZ is not so bad, but second MZ is much above than the requirement.
- We agreed that we will omit MZ and employ 3f method for O3 run. All RF PD and QPD will be tuned for 3f method.
- Independently from above decision, a technical review will be held on 1/22, 11am in the commissioning meeting.
