- Height adsustment: Target is ITMY 6mm upper, ITMX 5mm lower.
- One of the stepping motor did not work. It seems current problem. It will be checked today.
- ITMY adjustment was done. ITMX height changed ~2mm.
- ETMY will be used for mass feed back.
- ETMY has high power coil driver now.

- What is the configuration for FPMI?
- Locked Fabry-Perot?
- Engineering run should not fix the configuration to FPMI. Configuration should be flexible. We assume June run as proposed.
