    • Clean around the center?
      • MCe has a spot near the center. But its influence is expected to be small.
  • Alignment(T.Akutsu, T.Ushiba, T.Yokozawa)
    • TEM00 flashing
    • The IMC trans beam is the same as before?
    • Beam positions on each mirror
      • They should be the same because the IMC trans was recovered in MCio?
      • How about on MCe? MCE tra QPD can be the reference.
    • QPD path and centering
    • Gaps between magnets and coils again
    • IP1/2 dynamic range check for the IMC injection?
    • Beam paths for IMC REFL.
  • Beam damping(T.Akutsu)
    • Beam shield reinstallation
    • Beam dampers were additionally added?
  • Vacuum, etc (N.Kimura, T.Uchiyama, S.Miyoki)
    • Cleaning
      • No dust inside, especially on the bottom?
    • Leak point was fastened tightly?
      • It will be done when the bellows are attached by Mirapro.
