Summary
----
 * TF of MCe had a shift of peak frequency on pitch. Ushiba-kun will measure it again with the well-centered oplev. It will be reported at the recovery meeting or later.
 * All others should be OK for closing IMC chambers.
  * The resistance of the Coil of MCo H4 looked high. Washimi-kun will measure it again on Monday, but it won't stop closing anyway.
  * Washimi-kun will measure inductances again on Monday.
  * Check no dust inside, especially on the bottom before closing.
  * Check the leak points are fastened tightly when closing.
