• Proposal to allow for long term experimental activities for KAGRA authorship

  • Advanced R&Ds were not counted, but the proposal is to make them eligible for upto 15% (in total with long term data analysis/theory activities).

  • It might be better to encourage Advanced R&D people to, for example, make reports at F2F meetings, FWG open meetings etc.

  • Would it be possible to open Project R&D referee comments, together with applications?

  • Updated table in p.4 of https://gwdoc.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/cgi-bin/private/DocDB/ShowDocument?docid=15481 would help understand different R&Ds.
