 * Proposal to allow for long term experimental activities for KAGRA authorship

  * Advanced R&Ds were not counted, but the proposal is to make them eligible for upto 15% (in total with long term data analysis/theory activities).
  * It might be better to encourage Advanced R&D people to, for example, make reports at F2F meetings, FWG open meetings etc.
