KAGRA information

1) IMC output power up was engaged from ~2.5W to 4.2W (5.2W before). Some improvements were engaged explained in klog.

2) IFO was relatively stable, however, binary range depended onalignment.
Some locks showed ~600kpc, some locks~ 500kpc. This difference is related with up/down noise performance around 100-400Hz.

3) A fresh SAL alignment seem to contribute to reach better binary range and stable noise performance around 100-400Hz.
