KAGRA information
1) IFO was quite stable until around 3:00 on 18th April. After this unlock, we failed to recover the IFO with good sensitivity because we took worse process for recovering GR trans more.
Because of this miss, we took almost 12 hours for recovering IFO with now 630 kpc binary range around 17:00 on 18th April.
