１．Accommodation

• We provide the following 3 lodges.
  1. ICRR lodge at Mozumi (max occupancy 2): 3000Yen, Walk to GW office

  2. Toyama lodge at Osawano (max occupancy 4 -> use it by 6): 25 min by car

  3. Kamioka lodge at Kamioka-cho (max occupancy 3 -> use it by 4): 20 min by car

     • Access to Yuki house

     • How to use Yuki house

• Reservation is not necessary in principle. Mr Takayama has arranged the users. Should an unlisted person have to stay at a lodge, the person must make a reservation by himself/herself.

• Accomodation list (currently only ICRR lodge listed), and rough time line in a day(2016/2/12)

2. Accommodation users

1. => Twilight observation shifters (2 persons)

2. => Daytime expert/observation shifters (3 persons)

3. => Midnight expert/observation shifters (3 persons) + Twilight expert shifters (1 person)

3. Transportation from/to a lodge

1. => Walk by 5 min

2. => Bus and/or Train in the daytime

3. => Bus and/or Train in the daytime + Taxi in the night

4. Usage

1. =>

   • [before the shift]
     • Come to "Higashi-Mozumi" using public transportations
     • Ask for the key at the security of the ICRR facility (SK office), You may take a rest in the room until the shift starts
   • [after the shift]
     • Walk back to the lodge and stay
     • On check-out, pay the fee (accommodation + meal) at the SK office
     • Return the key

   • You may take breakfast/lunch/dinner at the lodge except for a lunch/dinner before Sundays/holidays and a breakfast on Mondays/after-holidays. Fee: 3000Yen/night + meals

2. =>

   • [before the shift]
     • Use the lodge before the shift if necessary
     • In the case you stay before the shift, come to the GW office using public transportations in the daytime to get the key and linens
       • * Note that you must also come back to the lodge by bus
   • [after the shift]
     • Use the lodge if necessary
     • Receive the linens and the key at the GW office and move to the lodge using public transportations
     • Return the key and linens to the GW office

3. =>

   • midnight expert/observation shifts
   • [before the shift]

     • Come to the GW office using public transportations in the daytime to get the key and linens and then move to the lodge again using public transportations (15:41 Mozumi -> 16:02 Kamioka)

     • Rest at the lodge until 0:00 and take the taxi to Higashi-mozumi
       • The taxi is provided by ICRR and will come to the lodge
   • [after the shift]

     • You may move to the lodge using public transportations and take a rest until 16:00 (9:25 Mozumi -> 9:49 Kamioka)

     • Return the key and linens to the GW office
   • twilight expert shifts
   • [before the shift]

     • You may use the lodge before the shift; in that case come to the GW office using public transportations in the daytime to get the key and linens and then move to the lodge (9:25 Mozumi -> 9:49 Kamioka, 16:25 Kamioka -> 16:43 Kamioka)

   • [after the shift]
     • Take a taxi and move to the lodge
       • The taxi is provided by ICRR and will come to the office

     • Take a rest until 10:00 and come to the GW office using public transportations to return the key and linens (10:59 Kamioka -> 11:24 Mozumi)
