PC Preparation

  • Network

    • The network where you use PCs should be "DGS" network in KAGRA site. Wifi access points "k1ctr-A", "k1ctr-G" and so on are prepared at the KAGRA site. Please ask DGS group members about access pass.
    • If you want to use utp cable network connection for DGS network in the KAGRA data analysys building, please ask Miyoki and Miyakawa.

  • PCs

Open Xterm and ssh

  • Type "ssh -Y controls@k1ctr1.kagra.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp" or double click the Xterm icon in UNIX machines.

  • Some k1ctr* are in the control room, some are in KAGRA site. So select servers according to where you use, otherwise response becomes bad due to network connection.
