If your working time in the PSL room is over 30 min/ N(working people number) -> working mode, else, quiet mode.
(1)Quiet Mode
- cooler operation mode
Close two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room). Operate #1(1st) cooler at 22.5C Open fully the air flow adjuster.
Stop #2(2nd) cooler Close its air flow adjuster.
Stop KOACHs 2 minute after the coolers operation.
- #2 cooler operation mode
Close two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room) Operate #2(2nd) cooler at 22.56C Open fully its air flow adjuster.
Stop #1(1st) cooler Close its air flow adjuster.
Stop KOACHs 2 minute after the coolers operation.
- .Working mode
Operate both coolers at "23.8C" with fully opening the air adjusters. Operate KOACHs. Open two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room) of the PSL room with 10cm space.
The attached graph shows each temp during working mode. "Booth_PSL temp(set inside the clean area)" keeps almost same temp with that before action with short time disturbance.
(The air adjuster is situated at the bottom of a duct of the precision cooler. You can slide a metal plate by hand.)
