If your working time in the PSL room is over 30 min/ N(working people number) -> working mode, else, quiet mode.

Quiet mode uses only one cooler. Please follow (a) or (b), not (a) and (b). Obviously, the temp setting of a cooler that will be operated should be 22.5 or 22.56.

Working mode uses both two coolers.

1. Quiet Mode

   1. #1 cooler operation mode
      • Close two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room).
      • Operate #1(1st) cooler at 22.5C
      • Open fully the air flow adjuster.
      • Stop #2(2nd) cooler
      • Close its air flow adjuster.
      • Stop KOACHs 2 minute after the coolers operation.
   2. #2 cooler operation mode
      • Close two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room)
      • Operate #2(2nd) cooler at 22.56C
      • Open fully its air flow adjuster.
      • Stop #1(1st) cooler
      • Close its air flow adjuster.
      • Stop KOACHs 2 minute after the coolers operation.

2. Working mode

   • Operate both coolers at "23.8C" with fully opening the air adjusters.
   • Operate KOACHs.
   • Open two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room) of the PSL room with 10cm space.
   • The attached graph shows each temp during working mode. "Booth_PSL temp(set inside the clean area)" keeps almost same temp with that before action with short time disturbance.

(The air adjuster is situated at the bottom of a duct of the precision cooler. You can slide a metal plate by hand.)
