Action if the TMSX(Y)-IR(GR) shows jumping drop after relocking

• These TMSX(Y)-IR(GR) can be caused by some mirror alignment jump.
• Check the all mirrors (ITMXY, BS, PR2, PR3, IMMT2, IMMT1, SR3, SR2) oplev QPD data around the relocking time.
• If you find some jumps of QPD pitch and Yaw value, please recover the P/Y values for corresponding mirrors.
