  • Vacuum compatible soldering Technique (Y.Aso 191204)

    1. Apply the flux on the bottom of the socket.
    2. Melt the solder with a soldering iron.
    3. Push the melted solder against the socket.
    4. After a few second, the solder wets with the surface of the socket.
    5. Do the same wetting process to the wire.
    6. In the above process, make sure to put a bit excessive amount of solder on the socket and wire.
    7. Put the wire very close to the socket.
    8. With the soldering iron, melt the solder on the wire and socket at the same time then fuse them together.
    9. Release the iron and let the solder cool down.
