Phase delay in R -> R, but no such delay in other DoFs. The data in the air tends to have such phase delay in the DoFs. No influence on IFO/Sensitivity.

- We need change the filter shape according to these changes. UGF was set around 0.01Hz. So a fine tune is necessary.
