 * Inspection after the earthquakes

   * slight stain-like material on a mirror for GR.
   * Some metal-like dusts found at the bottom of the table structure (Fig. 3); we just wiped them.

 * Beam alignment in the EYT tank: https://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=30142
  * beam path: impossible to check at the wide beam position -> GR was checked -> OK.
  * clipping (beam position on mirrors) at the output optics? -> Ok in-vac, but clipped at the in-air steering mirror position.

  * Beam positions on mirrors and PDs/QPDs: In the case of GR, clipping was found(https://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=30145) and adjusted -> OK, Others were adjusted.

  * Stray light dumping: Not checked seriously -> done after
  * FFU operation status check: All are operated.
