Place:KAGRA control room and the KAGRA site

[Charges for the review committee]

For the success of the KAGRA project, we would like to hear advices on the following KAGRA safety issues from the world-leading safety experts in the underground and laser sciences: If the KAGRA safety rule is sufficient. If the KAGRA safety is properly managed. If the KAGRA site is constructed to provide a safe environment. If the KAGRA activities at the site is safely performed. What should be improved for better safety. Any advices on the safety issues.

[Outline]

At the beginning of the first day, we would like to show the daily morning meeting to the reviewers. Then after the first closed session by reviewers, we will present the overview of KAGRA, safety rule, safety management, laser safety, and some questions from us. In the afternoon, we will show KAGRA to the reviewers. After the second closed session, we would like to have questions from the reviewers. On the second day we will present answers to the questions. Then after the third closed session we would like to have a quick summary from the reviewers. We would like to have a written report from the reviewers within one month.
