The outer diameter of the optics was wiped to remove the pencil memo. The original one (TFVMQ-50.8C10-20-W1D-532/1064-ARS-30/40D) was stocked in the desiccator as of 20190205
Harmonic BS -> HBS	HBSY21	Polaris-K2S1 + washed M4 screw + OptoSigma VRO-12-100 + VRS-12-100 + VBSP-40100

The outer diameter of the optics was wiped to remove the pencil memo. The original one (TFVMQ-50.8C10-20-W1D-532/1064-ARS-30/40D) was stocked in the desiccator as of 20190205. When the mirror was inserted to the holder, one of the edge of the mirror was broken... probably due to the narrow aperture of the holder...
Collimation lens for green (3rd BRT lens for green) -> BRT3	SLB-50.8-200NM	VLHG-50.8 + washed M6 imo screw + OptoSigma VRO-12-100 + VRS-12-100 + VBSP-2460	VBSP-2460 should be replaced to VBSP-40100 later.
