(1)Offsite Mirror Q measurement (Yamada and Suzuki)

Yamada-kun showed a quotation. Some parts are asked to KEK machine shop. Almost all parts are ordered to a company.
He also showed cost for optical components, frame, and for contingency.
Miyoki-san approves and Yamada-kun starts to procure.

The lead time is 1.5 month. So, delivery will be on beginning of January.
Suzuki-san and Rishabh-kun support to assemble.


Discussion
(a)When, how, who transports "spare" mirror from NAOJ and KEK ?
-> Kazuhiro asks Aso-kun.

(b)For cryogenic experiment, tungsten wire brittleness must be checked. 
-> Apparatus is in KEK. Yamada-kun asks Suzuki-san.

(c)Stainless dummy mirror (whose size and weight are same as those of KAGRA sapphire mirror).
-> This dummy and transportation case for it are at Toyama. Kazuhiro sends later.

(d)What kinds of glue we use is still open question. 
Small out gas, for cryogenic experiment, it can be removed (EP30 can not be removed).
Silicon base ? Epoxiy can be removed with acid.
-> Yamada-kun and Suzuki-san discuss.


(2)Offsite fiber Q measurement (Bajpai)

Shield and flange deformation were found (2-5mm) and are being repaired.

Fiber Q measurement apparatus
(a)Cu parts be delivered before Christmas.
(b)Misumi Al frame is adopted. -> Not so much cost.
(c)Fiber samples at Kashiwa and Tsukuba will be measured at first.

Bonding Q measurement
(a)Two sapphire disks are bonded and its Q will be measured. -> Kazuhiro send sapphire disks later.
(b)Electrode actuator - > Kazuhiro tells Rishabh-kun later.
(c)Bonding -> Rishabh-kun requsts ideas about what kinds of bondign.

Next meeting : No meeting unless somebodies request.
Kazuhiro ask Yamada-kun and Rishabh-kun whether we need to open meeting on the beginning of 2024.
