- Cryo-Payload Mechanics
Design (PF, IM, IMR): To design Platform, intermediate recoil mass, sensor & actuators designs, we need experimental test.
preset test: local sensor -> Miyamoto-kun, Cu-Be -> Tomaru.
Our GM cryostat is busy now. After finishing Miyamoto-kun's sensor test, spring constant test of CuBe will be done.
- Heat link: I had discussion for 6N-Al stranded cable fabrication with Mitsubishi Densen Co. They can make stranded cable but can not make thin wire. Noge Denki Co. can make thin wire. I will have meeting with Mitsubishi Densen for teat fabrication on around Feb. 3.
- Moving Mass:
- We will use Tungsten alloy mass for moving mass. This tungsten alloy has 18g/cm^3 in density and good for machining. We have already purchased four masses.
- Recoil mass: under fabrication in KEK machine shop.
- Vertical Spring (Tomaru): It was difficult to measure mass motion by Takahashi-san's displacement sensor in our 1/4 cryostat. I introduced PSD sensor to measure it. It looks fine.
