The status of hardware preparation for the PEM injection rehearsal was reported by Nagano with the following slide.

Comments
- In the rehearsal, Shaun-kun (Somiya Lab.) and Somiya-san will join.
- ADC boards and RT models in IMC0 and IYC will be prepared by Miyo-kun
- Rack in EXC (1st floor of X-end) will be discussed between Hayama-san and Akutsu-san.
- Actual PEM injection schedule depends on interferometer (of bKAGRA phase1) schedule. PEM injection will be performed just after bKAGRA phase1 run which is expect to be in Mid. of April.
Software status was reported by Pil-Jong as follows
- In Seikai, python environment was prepared. K1det1 will be ready near future.
- Coupling function calculation code is ready.
Action items
Prepare ADC board and RT model in IMC0 and IYC. --> Miyo
Talk about EXC rack. --> Hayama
Order some small things --> Hayama.
Prepare analog circuit for magnetometer and simple pendulum. --> Hongo people (Nagano, Shimoda, or others)
