Report from the Last 2 weeks
- IMC - MC REFL dust shield is under construction. Waiting for additional parts. Coil driver swap finished.
- MZM - Both of the two MZI were locked, and the modulation indices measurement started. f2 (45MHz) was found to be too small. Uehara san will visit Kamioka on Tue to solve the problem. The 2nd MZI lock is loose because of the small range of the SR560. Looking for another option.
- RAM - Experimental setup finished. Digital model and screens will be built.
- HPL - High power laser safety treatment started. Beam dump made of heat sinks were ordered. Also for the coating. Laser power is 1 W, with the PMC locked fine. FSS is being prepared. IMC will be locked after that. Uehara, Akutsu, Kokeyama started preparing the in-vac beam dumps. High power test with IMC will be in Nov.
- PEM - PSL (microphone, acc) were calibrated in the physical units.
- IMMT2 - Coil1 did not work. The cable between the suspension and chamber was not connected. Ohishi-san will fix the cable soon.
- Miyoki - The cable rack was installed under the beam tube in the PSL.
Plans for the coming 2 weeks
- IMC - Finish the dust shield. Lock recovery. Power adjustment system will be installed on the REFL. ASC.
- RAM - Digital models and screens. RAM optimization by chancing HWP.
- MZM - Better servo for the 2nd MZI. Mod index measurement. f2 and fIMC indices will be measured.
- PEM - ?
- HPL - FSS and IMC recovery. Replace one inch mirror to 2 inch at the periscope.
- IMMT2 - cable will be fixed. TF measurement.
- Miyoki-san - Water cooling beam dump. (ALS installation ongoing)
