Requirement

Tp of PBS comes from the value with +/- 2 deg error in AOI. The value at a right AOI is Tp>99.4% and Ts<0.05%.
Refractive indices of QR and PBS are nominal values for quartz and fused silica.
In the ray trace calculation, the OFR thickness is set to 10mm.

The distance is from the second surface of the first item to the first surface of the second item.

Transmittance	95%
Isolation ratio	28dB	AR reflection could not be perfectly removed at the measurement so it may be higher in reality.
