Differences between revisions 3 and 16 (spanning 13 versions)

Installation work 2018/10-11

It turned out that the Table B is to be moved to the SR2 area for ALS (10/11)
Miyoki-san suggested to use an uninterruptible power supply for the omc laser (10/12)
Akutsu-kun suggested to simply remove a blank flange instead of installing a viewport for the laser injection; Saito-san agreed (10/12)
One of the feedthrough flanges on the OMC chamber is not tightly connected as there will be one more cable connected to it for a picomotor (10/16)
The feedthroughs cannot be directly connected to the KAGRA Dsub cable; there should be a gender changer inbetween (10/17)
